Little Lace Weddings provides luxury wedding childcare designed for families who want their children cared for with the same thoughtfulness and attention to detail as every other element of their celebration.
Founded by Autumn, a childcare professional, wedding assistant, and marketing strategist with over a decade of experience across NYC, Australia, and Pennsylvania, Little Lace Weddings was created from a deep understanding of what guests need on a wedding day: peace of mind, trusted care, and the freedom to be fully present.
Little Lace Weddings is supported by a handpicked team of experienced nannies who provide warm, engaging, and elevated care for every child. From getting ready to goodnight, we create a joyful space where little ones can celebrate in their own way and parents can raise a glass of bubbles, while their little ones enjoy their own kind of bubbles, giggles, and magic throughout the day.

We recommend reserving 3–12 months out, but we do our best to accommodate bookings just a few weeks before the big day, availability permitting.
From infants through pre-teens. Our caregivers tailor activities and supervision levels to the specific children attending your event.
Yes. We're happy to travel with advance notice; travel and accommodation are arranged as part of your custom package.
All caregivers are background-checked, CPR and first-aid certified, and trained specifically for the pace and etiquette of formal events.
